This update (2.0.5) brings so many cool features, we don’t even know what to start with. Get yourself a coffee for the next few minutes, and get ready for the big news.
1. DEVICE NOTIFICATIONS
Even if your profile is followed by a fan or one of your cool items is admired by anyone, you’ll be notified on your device! This works, of course, in both directions, if you like an item or find interesting a profile.
A good way to start a chat or discover an interesting person like you! And speaking of chat, here comes another one:
2. CHAT NOTIFICATIONS
You’ll be notified when a Byebye-er sends you a chat message, even if it’s a text or a photo. In other words, you can start using a cool, unconventional chat tool with the most common functionalities! Bring your friends in the app and start chatting, or pick one from the Byebye community!
3. CONNECTIONS 2.0
We’ve split your connections into Followers and Following. Now you’re permanently up to date with your fans, and with the profiles that you’ve found interesting in the past.
4. ENHANCED NOTIFICATION CENTER
Find all your notifications in the redesigned Notification Center, in one of the two tabs.
The Activity Log will remind you of the people that love your profile or something from your inventory.

5. ALERT (EINSTEIN) 🙂
Your alert assistant is on the homepage. And its brother is on the side drawer. Thought you can skip a notification? Not a chance.
6. QUICK STATS
Right on the homepage, as the first tile of what soon will become the Byebye Newsfeed, you can see 6 metrics of your activity in the Byebye app.
Super useful, if you track correctly your belongings, by adding the Price and the Date of Purchase (we talked about this here if you want to refresh your memory).
Based on the Current and Previous month, here’s what trends you can observe at a quick glance: Items In, Inventory, Items Out, Spending, Item Likes, Followers.
